To manage your account settings, log in to your account and click on the left side. From here, you can choose to update your Account details, Public profile, Business information, or Payments.
Click to update your first and last name, email address, and phone number. If you need to change your password, please click the Change password button.
Your public profile is the information that customers will see when they click on your business in the app. Once you click , you can update your public business name, contact number, address, URL, support email, About section, hours of operation, and photo. Some of this information is required, while some of it is optional. Required fields include public business name, business contact number, and business address. Remember that the information you share in this section will be public information.
Click to update this section. The only field you can change for business information is your legal business name.
Click to change or add new payment methods. You can have more than one debit or credit card on file, but only one can be saved as your default payment method. After changing your default payment method, it will be used as a payment method for all your existing or new campaigns. For a list of accepted payment methods, click here.
